To book a lesson, follow these steps:
Go to the Services section and choose the type of lesson you prefer.
Select a date and time on the calendar.
Sign up or log in with your email and password.
Confirm your booking at checkout.
Make the payment using PayPal or a debit/credit card through PayPal Checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with your lesson details.

Go to the Services section, select the package you prefer, then log in with your email and password. You will be automatically directed to the checkout, where you can purchase your package.
To schedule your classes, go to the Services section and navigate to the first section, "Spanish Lessons," as if you were booking an individual class. Select the class that matches the duration you purchased, choose a day and time, and you will be automatically directed to the checkout. In this section, you won’t need to make any payment; instead, you can use the credits from your purchased package. You can book one or multiple classes from your package.
Log in to your account and go to the Bookings section, then Upcoming Bookings. You can reschedule by clicking the "Reschedule" button; remember, this option is available up to 12 hours before the class. If you just want to cancel the lesson and recover your credits, click "Cancel"; this option is also available up to 12 hours before the lesson.
Lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. It is not possible to make reservations outside of this timeframe.
You can cancel or reschedule your lesson without penalty if you do so at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel or request a change with less than 12 hours' notice, the lesson will be considered taken and will not be refundable or reschedulable.
All payments are made in advance through PayPal. At checkout, you can pay directly with your PayPal account or with a debit/credit card via PayPal Checkout.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party services, such as PayPal. I do not store or have access to sensitive credit or debit card information. If you experience any issues with your payment, I recommend contacting PayPal directly.

Class packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. If you do not use all of the classes within this period, any remaining lessons will expire and will not be refundable. You will receive reminders about your remaining classes, but if you are unable to use them before the expiration date, please contact me at diana@learnspanishwithdiana.com before the package expires to discuss options.
No, classes are personal and non-transferable. Only the person who reserved the class may attend it. Reselling, sharing, or using the classes for commercial purposes is not allowed.
However, if the client is under 18 years old, they must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book and attend lessons. In this case, the parent or guardian is responsible for the booking and adherence to all policies.
Classes are held online through Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. By default, you will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email after booking. However, if you prefer a different video conferencing platform, just let me know, and we will use your preferred platform for every lesson.
