Welcome to Learn Spanish with Diana. By booking and paying for our online Spanish lessons, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all our classes, including trial lessons, class packages, and other related services.

1. Services Offered

At Learn Spanish with Diana, we offer individual Spanish lessons and class packages of varying durations. Services include trial lessons, regular individual classes, and packages designed to improve the student’s language skills. All lessons are subject to the same booking, cancellation, and refund policies, regardless of their format or duration.

2. Booking Policy

Classes must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Reservations outside of this timeframe are not allowed. Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book lessons.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a lesson, including trial lessons, without penalty if done at least 12 hours in advance. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within 12 hours of the scheduled class, the lesson will be considered forfeited, with no rescheduling or refund provided.

4. Refund Policy for Class Packages

Spanish class packages are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if a student needs to cancel the package for any reason, they may retain the balance of their remaining classes as credit for future use, valid for six (6) months from the date of the original package cancellation. If the credit is not used within this period, it will expire and will not be refundable.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in advance via PayPal. The booking system requires payment at the time of booking to confirm and schedule the lesson.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the lessons are the intellectual property of Learn Spanish with Diana or authorized third-party authors. The client agrees not to distribute, profit from, or use the materials in any unauthorized manner.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The services provided are intended to enhance the student’s language skills but do not guarantee a specific outcome. Progress in learning depends on individual factors, and the student is responsible for their own progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

Learn Spanish with Diana will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to financial losses, time loss, or any other indirect damage resulting from participation in the lessons.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

This service is intended for the client’s personal use only. The client may not resell, share, or use the service for commercial purposes. Classes are non-transferable and may only be used by the client who booked them. Learn Spanish with Diana reserves the right to suspend the service in case of inappropriate behavior or any breach of these terms.

10. Force Majeure

Learn Spanish with Diana will not be responsible for any failure to meet its obligations if affected by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or interruptions in internet service. In case of interruptions due to force majeure events, affected lessons will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

11. Right of Admission and Account Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse any client or cancel an account if there is evidence of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, such as misuse of materials or inappropriate behavior during lessons.

12. Modifications to Terms

Learn Spanish with Diana reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be communicated to clients via email.

13. Payment Processing and Security

Payments made through this platform are processed exclusively through secure third-party services, such as PayPal. Learn Spanish with Diana does not collect, store, or have access to sensitive payment information, such as credit or debit card numbers. For any payment-related issues, clients are advised to contact the payment processing service directly.

14. External Service Providers

Learn Spanish with Diana uses SimplyBook.me Ltd. as the provider for our booking services. SimplyBook.me Ltd. manages the booking system and cookie processing on our booking page. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are aligned with the laws of Guatemala. If any issues arise, we will work together to resolve them, with any necessary proceedings taking place in Guatemala.
